Tagging dictionaries that survive hiring sprees

Tagging dictionaries fail when they live in a slide nobody opens. Keep the dictionary inside the ESP as a pinned note, link it from every journey description, and review it quarterly with examples of mistakes caught in QA.

Hiring sprees accelerate drift because people copy what they see in old campaigns. Pair each new hire with a short shadow session on naming conventions, then ask them to document one ambiguity they noticed. Those notes become the next dictionary update.

The CRM Hygiene for Scaleups toolkit includes a handover template for departing owners. Departures are when drift spikes; a thirty-minute handover with the dictionary on screen saves weeks of archaeology later.
