Privacy Notice

Plain-language summary for teams operating in Korea. Questions: contact@tienetwork.one

1. Use of data

We use personal data to operate programs, respond to inquiries, and improve the site. Purposes include scheduling cohorts, sending transactional notices, and understanding aggregate traffic patterns when analytics cookies are allowed.

We avoid secondary uses that surprise people. If we ever want to use data in a materially new way, we will provide clear notice and, where required, obtain consent.

2. Third parties

We rely on a small set of processors such as email delivery and hosting providers. Contracts require processors to protect data and use it only for instructed tasks.

We do not sell personal data. If processors change, we update internal records and this notice when the change affects you.

3. Contact

Questions about privacy can be sent to contact@tienetwork.one with “privacy” in the subject line. We aim to acknowledge messages within five business days.

If you prefer postal mail, use the business address shown on the Contact page. Include enough detail for us to verify your request without over-collecting sensitive identifiers.

4. Data collected

We may collect identifiers (name, email, company), technical data (browser type, device category), and content you submit through forms. Payment details, if collected, are handled by payment partners according to their notices.

Course participation data may include attendance flags and assignment uploads you choose to submit.

5. Rights

Under the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and related Korean regulations, you may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing in permitted cases. We will verify requests to prevent unauthorized changes.

Some data must be retained for legal or accounting reasons even if you request deletion; we will explain those limits when they apply.
