Returns & Refunds
1. Eligibility
You may request a refund for eligible digital programs within fourteen days of purchase if you have not downloaded proprietary templates marked as non-refundable and have not attended more than one live session start.
Corporate bundles may have different eligibility written in the order form; those terms override this section when they are stricter or more specific.
2. Contact
Refund requests should be emailed to contact@tienetwork.one with your order reference, date of purchase, and reason for the request. Incomplete requests may delay processing.
3. Process
We confirm eligibility, verify payment records, and respond with approval or denial within a reasonable period. Approved refunds are initiated through the original payment method when technically possible.
If a payment processor blocks reversal, we will propose an alternative such as credit toward another cohort.
4. Scope
Refunds apply to program fees paid to RenewPilot Academy. Third-party costs such as travel, venue fees, or software subscriptions billed separately are outside this policy unless explicitly included in writing.
5. Timeframe
After approval, most refunds post within ten business days, depending on banks and card issuers. Korean consumer regulations may provide additional rights; we honor applicable mandatory timelines where they exceed this window.
