Can my team split attendance across days?

Yes. Register each attendee with their intended mode per day. We use that split only for room counts and streaming licenses, not for marketing follow-up unless you opt in.

Measurement
Do you promise revenue recovery numbers?
No. We teach measurement patterns and language for leadership updates. Any numeric examples in sessions are illustrative, not forecasts for your business.
Templates
May we reuse templates internally?
Internal reuse is allowed for teams covered by your registration. Redistribution to other companies requires a separate license.
Limitations
What is outside the curriculum?
We do not configure webhooks in your billing stack, negotiate SMS carrier rates, or run outbound campaigns on your behalf.
Accessibility
How are hybrid captions handled?
Main stage sessions ship with live captions in English. Request Korean caption pairing at least ten business days before the summit so vendors can be scheduled.

Virtual
What if our VPN blocks streams?
We publish a firewall checklist one month out. If your security team needs a static allowlist, contact the operations desk with subject “stream allowlist”.
Cohorts
Are async cohorts capped?
Some cohorts cap attendance to keep critiques readable. Caps vary by course and are listed on each course page without artificial scarcity language.
