User Agreement

By browsing or registering for RenewPilot Academy programs on tienetwork.one, you agree to these terms in plain language. If you disagree, stop using the site and contact us to close any open registrations.

We may update these terms when laws change or when we clarify how services work. Updates will show a new “last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.

You agree to provide accurate contact details, keep passwords confidential, and not misuse materials provided in cohorts. Sharing login credentials or redistributing downloadable templates outside your organization is not allowed unless a written agreement says otherwise.

You also agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content in ways that overload servers, or misrepresent your affiliation with RenewPilot Academy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would send disputes elsewhere. Consumer protections that cannot be waived under Korean law remain available to you.

For dispute resolution, we prefer structured conversation first. If that fails, courts in Seoul, Korea, have jurisdiction unless mandatory law assigns a different venue for consumers.

RenewPilot Academy retains rights to branding, curriculum structure, templates, and site content. You receive a limited license to use materials for internal business purposes tied to the program you purchased.

Feedback you provide may be used to improve services without obligation to compensate you, except where separate written agreements state otherwise.

Programs include live sessions, async materials, and office hours as described on each course page. We do not guarantee business outcomes; descriptions focus on deliverables, time commitments, and what is explicitly excluded.

If a session is rescheduled, we will notify you using the email on file. Major changes that materially reduce value will be handled according to our Returns & Refunds policy.
