Lifecycle Audit Workshop Sprint

3 live sessions (9 hours total)

RenewPilot Academy hosts this sprint as a structured walkthrough of acquisition, activation, expansion, and renewal. You bring exports from your ESP and billing tool; we translate them into a retention backlog with owners and measurement notes. The sprint closes with a concise readout your leadership team can act on without another discovery cycle.

FAQ

Do you need production access to our billing system?

No. Read-only exports and anonymized samples are enough. We do not request credentials to production consoles during the sprint.

Is this a substitute for a full data warehouse audit?

It is not. The sprint highlights lifecycle risks visible in marketing and finance exports. Deeper warehouse modeling is out of scope and should be scoped separately if required.

What should we prepare the week before?

Recent ESP engagement exports, a simple subscriber count trend, and a list of current lifecycle campaigns—even drafts are fine.

Participant notes

The backlog format made our renewal experiments legible to finance without another slide deck marathon.
